Production Supervisor
Qulification & Experience
- D3/D4/S1 Mechanichal Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Technology or Relevant Majors
- High exposure in succesfull Lean Manufacturing projects is compulsory
- Strong leadership & communication skill
- Integrity and Resilience is a must
- Critical & analytical thinking
- Achievement oriented and self driven mindset
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Production workers, including assigning task, monitoring, performance and providing feedback
- Ensure production schedules are met by coordinating workflow and resources effectively
- Identify and resolve production issues promplty to minimize downtime
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product meet specifications and standarts
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enchance productivity and quality
- Participate in continous improvement initiatives and projects
- Able to monitor the quality as well as the accuracy of production output report
